Refund Policy

At Ventoforge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

3. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email support@ventoforge.shop with your order number and reason for the return
  2. Receive authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item: Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in the return authorization email
  4. Refund issued: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Note: Items returned without a Return Authorization number may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / Wrong size: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or incorrect item: Ventoforge will cover return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label upon approval

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Email support@ventoforge.shop with your order number and the item you would like to exchange
  2. Once we confirm availability, we will provide an RA number
  3. Ship the original item back to us
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship the replacement item to you
  5. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ventoforge.shop within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

    • Your order number
    • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
    • A description of the issue

    We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if applicable.

    7. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have been approved for a refund but have not yet received it:

    • Check your bank account again (refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement)
    • Contact your credit card company (there may be a processing delay)
    • Contact your bank (there may be a posting delay)

    If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ventoforge.shop.

    8. Sale Items

    Refunds for items purchased on sale are processed at the sale price. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund.

    9. Cancellations

    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email support@ventoforge.shop with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return policy.
